Writing into your story

Cost: $275 for 8 classes, plus a 30-minute one-on-one writing consultation.

Process, discovery, and practice are the tenets of this unique writing experience designed to help you wring the truth out of your narrative. This eight session workshop provides exercises and conversations to stimulate and inspire your own writing process. We will discuss a range of prose, both fiction and non-fiction, as well as essays on writing by writers with an eye for supports, tips and prompts that best serve our own writing.

This highly-individualized workshop is a safe space to discover, amplify, and appreciate your own talents and to challenge your limitations.

Included in the cost is a half-hour consultation on your writing.

Workshop leader Jani Krulc is an author and writing facilitator dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and celebrating great writing. The author of The Jesus Year, she is at work on a novel about Mariska, a daughter of immigrants, a psychologist, and a mother, as she navigates Calgary, marriage, and floods.
