ELL Instruction
At Scribe YYC, we believe in Canadian multiculturalism, and in respect. We understand that common ELL errors do not indicate a lack of intelligence or hard work. We understand how to clearly and quickly communicate ways to improve your specific problem areas in written English.
What we do:

- We focus on the common ELL Issues: subject-verb agreement, pronoun usage, idioms, and article usage.
- We translate confusing assignment requirements into easy-to-understand, easy-to-complete, step-by-step instructions.
- We teach the most commonly over-looked aspect of writing: revision. Revision is the space where most ELL errors can be detected and removed.
- We focus on teaching you to become the editor of your own writing.
